Shipping Policy – BuyTodayPK

At BuyTodayPK, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when you will receive your purchase.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver orders all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas, through trusted courier partners.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities / Towns: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, operational delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight/size.

  • Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most products and locations.

  • For COD orders, please ensure your provided contact number is active for delivery coordination.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated refusal to accept the parcel:

  • The order may be canceled.

  • Re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video as proof.

  • Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue according to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Pre-Order & Custom Products

  • Pre-order or custom items may have longer processing and delivery times (clearly mentioned on the product page).

  • Full or partial payment may be required depending on product type.

10. International Shipping

At this time, international delivery is not available. We ship only within Pakistan.
